Add Location

Pick a point on the map (or search a place) to auto-fill latitude & longitude, then save it under Organization Settings.

Saved Locations

These will populate the dropdown in Inbox.

No locations saved yet — add one above.

Inbox

Agent no longer picks a map location manually — they select from locations already saved in Organization Settings.
